A real track record since 2004

Falcon has worked in security systems since 2004, delivering for government bodies, the armed forces, the petroleum sector, construction, embassies, hotels, hospitals and the private sector — including more than 540 police stations across Egypt. That history is not a line in a profile: it is why we know which components fail after two years rather than after a week, and we specify accordingly.

One integrated system rather than separate contractors

A factory or company rarely needs a single system. The real requirement is usually cameras on the perimeter, production lines and stores; access control on sensitive doors; attendance linked to payroll; an approved fire alarm; public address for paging and evacuation; and the network and PBX carrying all of it. Delivering this from one source avoids duplicated cabling and, more importantly, makes responsibility for any fault unambiguous instead of a dispute between contractors.

What changes on a large project

• Distance: extending a network across a large site needs fibre and industrial switches that tolerate heat — not a longer cable.
• PoE budget: a 24-port switch does not mean 24 cameras; the budget can run out at fifteen.
• Network separation: the security network kept apart from office and data networks.
• Continuity: backup power for servers and switches, a spare disk, and a saved copy of the configuration.

What each sector actually needs

Factories and warehouses: gates, production lines and stores, with plate recognition at truck gates. Farms: solar-powered cameras, wireless links and thermal cameras for the perimeter at night. Hotels and resorts: entrances, corridors and pools, with privacy respected away from room doorways. Hospitals: drug stores and theatres, with the camera network isolated from the medical network. Banks: dual coverage of every ATM, vibration sensors on vaults, and backup recording at a second site.

Storage is calculated and written into the quotation

Required retention determines storage size, calculated from camera count, resolution, bitrate and recording hours. We put the number in the proposal. A project delivered with undersized storage looks fine for a month, then begins erasing the earliest days before you need them.

We work with tender documents, providing a detailed bill of quantities and a line-by-line compliance statement. This matters most where quotations differ widely: the difference is always in the invisible items — cable type, storage capacity, switch budget and backup power.
