The components we supply

• Main panel with more zone capacity than you currently need, so a future addition is a sensor rather than a new system.
• Keypad for arming and disarming, mounted out of sight from outside.

Why most systems get switched off after a few months

Not because they break, but because the owner stops arming them — always for one of two reasons: the system creates nuisance alarms, or it restricts them. So we address both: partitions that let part of a property be armed while another stays live, and elimination of false-alarm causes at installation.

False-alarm causes we design out

Air-conditioning airflow aimed at a motion sensor, direct sun through a window facing the sensor, cats and dogs — handled by a pet-immune sensor rated to a given weight — insects entering the sensor body, and weak batteries in wireless devices. All of these are prevented by correct mounting rather than by a more expensive device.

Wired or wireless?

Wired is more robust, needs less maintenance and has no batteries — the natural choice while a property is being finished. Wireless is faster and leaves décor untouched, which suits an already furnished property, but it needs periodic battery replacement and signal monitoring.

The camera documents, the alarm prevents. The best outcome comes from linking both, so the alert arrives with a live image from the sensor that triggered — letting you tell a real intrusion from a false alarm without travelling to the site.
